“The success of one women is an opportunity to uplift the coming generation”

In many ways, our society is slowly turning away from gender bias and sexism more than
any other time in history. Women are encouraged in fields that are known to be for men like
politics, business leadership, science, mathematics, engineering, technology amongst many
others. Indeed positively, our insight of gender is shifting as we also see more men and
women in careers that are perceived to be of omen gender, which is a positive note for the
world. We are seeing more women chief executive officers, women legislators, and women
scientists.
It is very vital for women to uplift each other in this time and age because it is known that
none of us can be successful without the support of others and vice versa. Taking into
consideration that it is important that women support each other for them to expand their skill
that will help women to be economically independent and socially confident. What women
need is self-esteem and empowerment for better livelihoods and sustainable income, which
is currently happening and doing positive. In a read, Elizabeth Janice, author of Assert
Yourself, once mention that, “Being assertive can help anyone move forward in their career.
Being assertive does not require being pushy to accomplish goals, but it does mean being
persistent. Being assertive also requires the willingness to compromise.”
It should be acknowledged that a dependable development cannot be achieved without
investing in women and reducing the inequalities they face. As we are seeing an expand in
women business executives and businesswomen; it is assisting positively in creating a
young generation of female leaders and female world shapers, seeing that one women’s
successful goal is an accomplishment for all women and a notable opportunity to uplift each
other.
There is a positive response in the equal treatment of men and women in the recent years
because both men and women share equal rights as human beings there for it is important
that they share responsibilities in order to achieve a certain goal.
